No one ever arrives, some people just stop growing.

I think one of the best ways to learn and grow is with other people. We were made for community.

​

Over and over in the Bible we read about people who learn from those who are ahead of them and turn around and teach to others what they’ve learned. And that’s basically what mentoring is all about.

​

You don’t have to have it all together before someone can learn from you. And you don’t have to be in a “mess” to need a mentor. We are all in need of mentorship.

​
